GGDC continue to seek ways to share knowledge and to value experience. Resisting the instrumentalist agenda of  "being done to and told how to" we find ways of making new possibilities arise via  dynamic and pro active research that is enlivening and involving whatever your age.

Moving for us is a philosophy that underpins our approach to all we do,it's not confined to a once a week class or the making of  " elder"performance works.
